The hotel is ideally located in the town center, perfect for exploring attractions like Urquhart Castle and Loch Ness. The rooms are spacious, with a great view and comfortable recliner chairs, but noise from outside and the ceiling was a disturbance. The service was friendly and efficient, with Elaine standing out for her superb assistance. Dining offered a mix of classic American dishes, but some items like mushrooms were disappointing. The location is excellent with numerous amenities nearby, though some areas seemed a bit rundown. Overall, a convenient choice for the price.

However, it did provide a comfortable stay for two nights. The service was exceptional, with incredibly helpful and kind staff making my stay more pleasant. The central location, great for exploring the town, was a major highlight, although some aspects were not entirely to my liking. The dining experience offered both positive and negative aspects, with room for improvement in freshness, but overall, the options were satisfactory. The facilities were decent, contributing to a reasonable stay.
